Lucas Stoioff

Lucas Stoioff, the founder of the Chicago-based hospitality development organization known as DineAmic Group, has more than a decade of experience in the hospitality industry. He has been involved in all facets of the business, including conceptual design work, developing marketing strategies, overseeing construction, and taking on a wide array of managerial responsibilities. Prior to establishing DineAmic Group, Lucas Stoioff spent time as a law clerk in the state attorney’s office. He has also functioned as the principal of another hospitality group and as president and founder of a marketing company.

Luke Stoioff has lived in Chicago all of his life. He attended Loyola University in New Orleans, where he gained experience as an event and promotions coordinator at a local marketing firm before returning home to earn his juris doctor from the John Marshall Law School. At John Marshall, he focused on small business law. In addition to his work at DineAmic Group, he created and has ownership in three Chicago bars: the Bull & Bear, the Public House Chicago, and the Siena Tavern.
